Club Benchmarking serves clubs and hospitality organisations that want to understand how their performance stacks up against industry peers. Their model depends on aggregating anonymised performance data from member organisations and presenting it as comparative benchmarks — so each member can see not just their own figures, but where they stand relative to others in their sector. The challenge was building a platform robust enough to handle sensitive multi-tenant data securely, flexible enough to support diverse metric sets across different organisation types, and clear enough that non-technical users could derive genuine insight without needing a data analyst.
